HOW TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION

Nominating is quick and easy, it takes just 2 minutes and you can nominate yourself, a colleague, or an industry peer .You can also submit as many nominations as you like.

Step 1:  Click submit a nomination to open the form.

Step 2: Tell us about yourself (the nominator)

Step 3: Tell us about the nominee by providing the details of the individual you wish to nominate 

Step 4: Select award categories

Choose the categories you would like the nominee to be considered for (if you need help choosing, see the category descriptions at the top of the nomination page). You can select one or multiple categories.

Step 5: Add a nomination statement (Optional)

Share a short statement (30–50 words) explaining why you are nominating this person or team. This part is optional, but it helps us understand the reason for nomination.

Step 6: Press submit and you're done!

The Inspiring Women in Property Awards celebrate the achievements of women and organisations across the UK property industry. The awards recognise innovation, leadership, D&I initiatives and the impact women are making across the sector.

The awards are open to professionals across the UK property industry. You can enter yourself, nominate a colleague, or put forward an industry peer who is making a meaningful impact. You do not need to hold a leadership position to enter the awards. There are multiple categories available, many categories are open to individuals at all stages of their careers.

Entering is simple. Complete the online entry form and submit details explaining why you or your nominee deserve recognition. 

No, all entries to the IWIP Awards are completely free of charge, making it accessible for individuals and organisations of all sizes to take part.

The entry deadline for the IWiP Awards is Tuesday 5 May 2026. 

Submitting a nomination is not an official entry, only a nomination. After you submit a nomination, our team will contact the nominee to inform them of their nomination and encourage them to complete an official entry.
