Joining the industry at a young age, she cut her teeth at some of the UK’s most prominent housing associations and organisations, starting at L&Q and working her way up to leading the affordable home ownership arm of real estate giant Savills at Director level. Asha has helped over 1,000 first-time buyers onto the housing ladder throughout her career.

Asha now leads her award-winning consultancy, Inspire New Homes, supporting smaller housing associations and local authorities in improving their sales and marketing strategies. Her work helps maximise profits and support the delivery of affordable homes through reinvestment.

Hannah Awonuga is an award-winning cultural transformation and inclusion consultant with over 20 years of corporate experience. She specialises in inclusive leadership, executive development, colleague engagement, and organisational culture change. As the Founder and CEO of Illume Executive Consulting, Hannah partners with executive teams and boards to drive strategic, inclusive leadership and build cultures where people and performance thrive. With senior roles at Knight Frank as Group Head of DEI, NED for Progress Together and as Global DEI Director at Barclays, where she held a 17-year-long career, Hannah brings deep expertise in aligning culture and inclusion with inclusive leadership and business strategy at scale.

She partners with executive leaders and boards to embed inclusion into the heart of organisational decision-making, shaping leadership capability, driving engagement, and building cultures where people and performance can thrive. She is frequently called upon to advise leaders navigating complex cultural challenges and leadership development strategies. Kelly is a highly accomplished strategic and operational leader with 20 years’ experience scaling complex ventures across the built environment. A Chartered Management Surveyor and multi-time founder, Kelly has launched and grown businesses in property management, Operational Living, real estate development, ESG, and professional consultancy.  A recognised industry voice and diversity champion, Kelly has been the recipient of multiple high-profile awards, Including Entrepreneur of the Year and Property Personality. She contributes through numerous Non-Executive and Trustee roles and is frequently featured in leading property publications and podcasts.

Karl is Bristol born and bred and is a Commercial Property Partner at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP. Karl’s area of specialism is acting for developers and land owners in the sale and purchase of residential development land and his clients include major plc house builders.

Emma is a Senior Director at real estate executive search firm Madison Lincoln, focusing on senior level, retained search in commercial real estate, and assisting private equity and investment managers attract and retain top talent within a range of market-facing functions. Previously, Emma was a Director in the RE Investment and Funds practice at M&C for seven years, and prior to this, specialised in senior level executive search within European RE and hospitality at Ferguson Partners.

Dr. Catalina Ionita is a Senior Architect at Chapman Taylor with 11+ years’ experience in large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. A PhD graduate and lecturer, she champions inclusive placemaking and serves as Inclusion Champion for Women in Property NW, promoting equity and diversity in the built environment.

Melanie joined the British Property Federation as Chief Executive in January 2015 having previously spent nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation.

Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable UK real estate sector recognised for the positive economic and social benefits it delivers to communities across the country.

Melanie is a Trustee of the property industry charity LandAid and Chair-elect of the Council of the University of Essex. She was awarded a CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Poppy is the Co-Founder of The LOWE Group, a pioneering, socially responsible property management company that balances commercial outcomes for property owners with positive social impact through property guardianship for young professionals and creatives.

Choisanne’s experience is across all sectors including offices, shopping centres, retail parks, industrial, self-storage, student accommodation, care homes, hotels and residential led development schemes. She has particular expertise in the BTR and PRS sectors. Sanjeev Patel is the Managing Director of PPP Capital, an award-winning, family office owned Real Estate company based in London.  PPP Capital focuses on mixed-use boutique BTR schemes in which it strategically invests with a long-term view. Sanjeev's background includes Real Estate Private Equity in Los Angeles.

Anastasia Petrova is a VP, Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Deepki, and is responsible for developing Deepki's network of strategic alliances with key industry players. She has over 20 years of international experience, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation. She has worked in Russia, Eastern Europe, Finland and currently is based in the UK. Throughout her career, Anastasia has held operational and strategic roles in large corporations and scale ups across telecoms and financial services sectors.

Mark is a highly experienced banker having started his career at Barclays in the mid-eighties. He worked in the Barclays specialist property finance team and during his career has written more than £2bn of property transactions across the UK. Mark has also worked at Titlestone Property Finance and at Contour Capital, where he was Managing Director. For the past five years, Mark has been the Managing Director of Beaufort Capital which provides development funding to experienced property developers for any Real Estate asset class anywhere in Great Britain.

Emma is an award winning Housing Professional with a career in housing that spans over 29 years, she is currently the Exec Director of Operations at Peaks and Plains Housing Trust and is also at First Choice Homes Oldham as an Independent Non Exec Emma is a qualified Architect and Building Surveyor Emma is currently a Board Member of Manchester Women’s Aid including The Pankhurst Trust Emma is currently National Chair of Women in Property Emma also won Woman of the Year at the 2018 Woman in Housing Awards.

Darren Rogers is a commercial real estate lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets, joint ventures, major lettings, and large-scale developments. He advises real estate companies, fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity firms on complex transactions.

Having spent most her 15-year career as a development consultant at Montagu Evans, Bhav is now Head of DE&I within the same business. Bhav leaned into DE&I for a number of years in her client-facing role before making her career move, including as Exec Sponsor for Open Circle, Montagu Evans’ race and ethnicity employee network. Bhav has a passion for developing and empowering people, believes strongly in the role of allyship and sponsorship in supporting colleagues from under-represented groups and the power of storytelling lived experience

Jenny is Asda's UK Head of Planning, responsible for 2000 sites nationwide. Her role includes operational and investment optimisation of the groups retail and distribution portfolio. She liaises with national government on UK planning strategy. She leads Asda Property in E,D&I and created a women in leadership programme within Asda.
