We invite you to dress in a way that makes you feel your most fabulous, with formal attire encouraged.

Please add any dietary requirements under the "dietary requirements" section when entering your guest details. If you've already made your booking, you can log in to your portal to update your information: My account. Please make sure that all of your guest details are added by Tuesday 8 September.

Submission FAQs

To submit an entry, choose your desired category and click the 'Enter Now' button. You will be prompted to create an account or log in if you're an existing user. If you'd like to submit additional entries, simply select more categories from the dropdown menu.

We receive a high volume of entries and judges are unable to give specific feedback on submissions that are not shortlisted.

Entries are free of charge.

The finalists will be announced in June 2026.

The entry deadline was Friday 29 May. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept entries submitted after the deadline.

Our judges comprise of an independent panel of senior representatives from a broad range of property organisations to investment industries and key industry players. The Judges are split into panels and assigned 3-4 categories, carefully selected by Property Week's editors. All Judges must sign Non-Disclosure Agreements and must declare any conflict of interest prior to the start of the process.

To ensure a rigorous, fair and transparent judging process, we undergo two judging stages:

Part 1: Online Judging: The judges individually review all the submissions received in their allocated categories. Each entry will be independently scored by the judges against the category's specific set criteria. Judges do not confer or discuss entries at this stage and the process is completed entirely independently of each other. Once the independent scoring is complete, scores are collated, and the highest scoring submissions go through to the second stage - the Judging Days.

Part 2: Judging Days: Once the finalists are announced, the judges are invited to join our judging days. In this the judges discuss and review each finalist entry in-depth until a winner for each category is agreed. Judging discussions can go on for any length of time, depending on the length, uniqueness and breadth of the finalist.

Tickets & Guests

Your tickets for the awards will be sent to your email, one week prior to the event. If you haven’t received these by then, please contact logistics@emap.com
Each attendee will need to display a copy of the ticket on their phone or print a copy to gain access to the event.

Seats and Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

We will always arrange individual seats together for bookings made by the same company or individual, unless otherwise requested.

If you need to update your guest names, please do so by logging into your account before Tuesday 8 September. For any changes after this date, contact us at logistics@emap.com

Tickets are transferable until 48 hours before the start of the event. To request a transfer, please email logistics@emap.com

Financial & Refunds

No refunds are available once an order has been placed in respect of any postponement, cancellation or non-attendance (including without limitation for entries, table booking or individual places). Should individual guests on your table be unable to attend, we would welcome a substitute guest attending in their place until 48 hours before the start of the event. Full T&Cs can be found here

Invoice & Payment

Invoices may take up to 2 weeks to process and be emailed. If you haven't received your invoice by then, please contact logistics@emap.com
