Q) What are you most excited to see in this year’s entries?

A) Whilst there are some outstanding women working in property whose names we know there are countless more doing an outstanding job across the sector, and awards like these provide an opportunity for us to shine a spotlight on all of that talent and bring more fantastic women to the fore.

Q) Beyond individual success, how much weight do you give to those who are actively lifting others up or mentoring the next generation?

A) The clue is in the title of the awards – inspiring women in property. Showcasing talent is important not only to celebrate women’s achievements but to inspire the next generation. We can do that through events such as these awards but it’s also critical that each of us takes responsibility to support others on their journey.

Q) Why is it crucial for the next generation of property professionals to see these stories in the spotlight?

A) We know that seeing people like us succeed and hearing stories of their journey we can relate to is key to believing that we can also thrive and achieve our goals. I hope the awards will showcase outstanding talent but also inspire the next generation to follow them.
