A) It is still an under presented Industry and there is work to do, so that is why awards like these are so important to raise awareness and recognise the excellent contribution that women make in the Industry.

Q) Why is it crucial for the next generation of property professionals to see these stories in the spotlight?

A) It is crucial as it is a known challenge for Graduates to get jobs in these challenging times, so anything to highlight and celebrate great work and values will make you stand out from the crowd!
