Q) What differentiates a good entry from an exceptional one?

A) When reviewing entries as a judge, I am looking for supporting evidence.Reviewing testimonials full of congratulations, well wishes and endorsement is incredibly heartwarming to read but those entries that evidence impact, really stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Q) What advice would you give to someone submitting an entry for the first time?

A) My advice to someone submitting and entry for the first time would be to view the entry through a different lens. Go into detail and don't presume that the judges will know about the business, your position or the project that you have had much success with. Maybe ask someone that has not been directly involved with your job to read your application taking notice of the "more clarity" questions that they ask you.
