Q) What motivated you to enter the Inspiring Women in Property Awards

A) I think these awards do a great job in highlighting the range of dynamic, rewarding careers available to women in our industry. If sharing my perspective encourages others to step into property roles, then it is absolutely worthwhile. We have a strong culture at RPC – we are collaborators who value ambition, inclusion and supporting people at every stage of their careers. Any success that I have had is down to the shared effort, high standards and talents of the whole team and so this award has been an opportunity to showcase the great work that we do together as a collective.

Q) Why do you think these awards are important for the property industry?

A) These awards celebrate both excellence and diversity. The property sector is evolving: attracting, retaining, and promoting a broader range of talent makes the industry stronger, more resilient and more innovative. Highlighting women in leadership - especially in areas like financial and professional services where they are still under-represented - sends a powerful message that progression is possible and valued.

Q) What would you say to someone thinking about entering these awards?

A) Go for it! The process encourages you to reflect honestly on your own challenges, impacts and lessons learnt. Whether you are early in your career or leading teams and transactions, sharing your experience can inspire others and encourage positive change across the sector.
