A) Don't hesitate to self nominate, it is equally important that you are vocal about your achievements.

Q) Beyond individual success, how much weight do you give to those who are actively lifting others up or mentoring the next generation?

A) I believe the greatest achievement is helping someone else grow and evolve through mentoring, coaching and sponsorship. I would give maximum weight for devotion to support the next generation

Q) In your experience, how can a nomination impact the career trajectory of a rising star in the property sector?

A) Recognising a rising star has a huge impact on their career trajectory, a kick start to fulfil their potential, especially in a property sector, where we are still lacking gender diversity.
