Property Week’s Inspiring Diversity in Property (IDiP) campaign is committed to driving real change within the real estate sector. Through a wide range of engaging content and events, Property Week addresses crucial issues while highlighting the efforts of individuals and organisations dedicated to enhancing diversity across the sector.

A central feature of this campaign is the Inspiring Women in Property Awards, which play an essential role in recognising and celebrating the achievements of women and male allies within the industry. These awards not only honour exceptional individuals and companies but also help to inspire others to take action toward creating a more inclusive environment in the property sector.

If you would like to be involved with Property Week’s IDiP campaign, please submit and share your inspirational stories at inspiringdiversity@propertyweek.com

SENTIMENT SURVEY

Property Week has launched its third annual IDiP sentiment survey. We need your input to enable us to measure the extent to which words are being converted into action when it comes to the industry’s commitment to tackling the D&I gap.

In conjunction with our agenda partners Knight Frank and Puma Property Finance, we ask you to complete a short survey, the results of which will be unveiled at an event in London this summer.

INSPIRING DIVERSITY IN PROPERTY FORUM 2025:

On 5th June we are unveiling the findings of our third annual EDI sentiment survey at an exclusive invite-only event at Knight Frank's offices in Central London.

The morning session will also include a short programme focusing on neurodiversity in property, with an exciting mix presentations and panelists.
