Rachel is the Managing Director at Apo Group, where she leads the organisation and drives performance across a national portfolio of more than 2,000 rental units. She is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and overseeing process and procedural initiatives that support portfolio growth and change.

Rachel is a member of the British Property Federation's Building Management Committee and The Association of Rental Living’s Building Safety Act working group.

Rachel is an advisor to the Propertymark board, providing strategic guidance on legislative and compliance issues for the UK's leading professional body for property agents. Rachel is also a Propertymark trainer, leading courses across build-to-rent, property management within the private rental sector, legal compliance, management and leadership.

Rachel is dedicated to ensuring the UK property industry provides quality housing under a regulated industry model, and produces assets that deliver both exceptional living experiences for residents and returns for investors.
