Monica brings over 20 years of experience in HR/OD consultancy, welfare-to-work programs, and vocational rehabilitation. In the past two years, she has focused exclusively on neurodiversity, gaining profound insights from her work with clients. Monica excels in assessing and coaching neurodivergent individuals, helping them navigate challenges and harness their strengths. She holds Chartered status with the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). Additionally, she is a qualified Mental Health First Aider Instructor.
