Sunny is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Governing Council member, and Senior Surveyor at HartDixon. With over ten years of experience delivering complex residential and commercial projects, he is also a passionate advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity in the built environment. Finalist for the Neurodivergent Achiever of the Year 2023, Sunny draws on lived experience of dyslexia to champion inclusive workplace design and policy. A STEM and RICS Inspire Ambassador, he is committed to mentoring the next generation and breaking down barriers across the profession. Sunny was shortlisted for the EG Rising Star Award 2023, a testament to his growing influence.
