Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO London) is a UK-registered diversity and inclusion charity dedicated to offering superior educational, training, and mentoring support to young people from low socioeconomic and ethnic minority backgrounds. Since our establishment in 2000, SEO London has played a pivotal role in advancing workplace diversity and inclusion, supporting young people to access top industries such as investment banking, asset management, consulting, commercial real estate, technology, alternative investments, insurance, and corporate law.

Our Real Estate programme was launched in 2021 with the support of Goldman Sachs, Eastdil Secured and Tristan Capital, to provide a pipeline of new talent into this hard to reach industry. Since launching, we have supported 1000+ undergraduate students, giving them access and exposure to the commercial real estate industry. 96% of our students say they have a clearer idea of how to access a RE role since enrolling on the programme.
