The Inspiring Women in Property Awards celebrate the achievements of women and organisations across the UK property industry. The awards recognise innovation, leadership, D&I initiatives and the impact women are making across the sector.

The awards are open to professionals across the UK property industry. You can enter yourself, nominate a colleague, or put forward an industry peer who is making a meaningful impact. You do not need to hold a leadership position to enter the awards. There are multiple categories available, many categories are open to individuals at all stages of their careers.

Entering the IWIP Awards helps raise your professional profile, build credibility, and showcase your achievements to the wider UK property industry. It can also open up new career and networking opportunities.

Entering is simple. Complete the online entry form and submit details explaining why you or your nominee deserve recognition.

The entry deadline for the IWiP Awards is Tuesday 5 May 2026.
